RISE & Serve is a team time-tracking app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to control your data.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email address, phone number (optional), and a profile photo (optional). Provided by you, or imported from your Google or Apple sign-in.
• Time-tracking activity: when you clock in or out, which department you're working in, your shift hours, and any timesheet edits you make.
• Chat messages: messages you send through the in-app team chat are stored so other members of your team can read them.
• Authentication identifier: a unique sign-in ID from Firebase Authentication so we can recognize you on return visits.

How we use it

Only to operate the app: track who is on the clock, manage schedules, calculate shift hours, and let team members communicate. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for analytics or tracking.

Who can see it

• You can see your own profile, hours, and chat messages.
• Team admins can see all team members' hours, schedules, and chat messages — they need this to manage the team.
• No one else. Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) and access is restricted to your team's authorized admins.

Data we don't collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos beyond what you choose to upload, microphone or camera recordings, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account in the app. This permanently removes your profile, timesheets, scheduled shifts, and chat history. We do not retain backups.

Children

RISE & Serve is intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the account.

Third-party services

• Firebase Authentication & Firestore (Google) — stores your account data and sign-in.
• Sign in with Google — only if you choose this sign-in method; we receive your name and email.
• Sign in with Apple — only if you choose this sign-in method; we receive whatever you authorize Apple to share.
